Shipping policy

We currently ship exclusively within Australia.

Processing Times

Non-personalised items: approximately 24–48 hours.

Personalised items: approximately 4–8 business days for production and preparation.

Orders containing both personalised and non-personalised items may be shipped together once all items are ready.

Delivery

Orders are fulfilled through our international service and fulfilment partners.

Estimated delivery within Australia is 10–20 business days after dispatch.

For personalised orders, the total estimated timeframe is approximately 14–28 business days after ordering.

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carriers, public holidays, severe weather, customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

In most cases, no additional import charges are expected.

If duties, taxes or other government charges are imposed and were not included at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error, contact support@ariajewelry.shop immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Where a parcel is returned, delayed or requires re-delivery because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal of delivery without a valid legal basis, reasonable additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, contact support@ariajewelry.shop with your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and assist with the appropriate next steps.
