These Terms apply when you use ariajewelry.shop or purchase products from Aria Trade LLC, trading as Aria Jewelry (“Aria Jewelry”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products & Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, including materials, dimensions, colours and other relevant characteristics.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or display.
General Site information may occasionally contain errors or outdated information, which we may correct. This does not limit our obligations regarding product descriptions, pricing, delivery representations or consumer guarantees.
Prices & Orders
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate order, contact, delivery and personalisation information.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud or unauthorised activity, a genuine pricing or listing error, stock or fulfilment unavailability, or another legitimate reason permitted by law.
Where we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.
Promotions and discount offers are subject to their stated terms and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
Personalised Products
Please carefully check all personalisation details before placing your order.
Personalised and custom-made items cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged for change of mind once production has commenced.
Errors resulting from personalisation information supplied incorrectly by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
This does not affect your rights where we made the error or where the item is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and making reasonable arrangements to receive or collect their order.
The 1-Year Quality Guarantee is provided in addition to rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Third-Party Services
Our Site may use or link to independent third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers and technology providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
This does not remove Aria Jewelry’s responsibility for products sold through our store or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

You must not use the Site unlawfully, fraudulently, to interfere with its operation or security, to transmit malicious software, or to infringe another person’s rights.
Site content, branding, graphics, photographs and other materials may be protected by intellectual property laws and must not be commercially reproduced without permission except where permitted by law.
If you submit a review, photograph or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and give us permission to display and use it in connection with our business and marketing, subject to applicable law.
Site Availability
We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted or error-free and may suspend or modify Site functionality where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively and will not remove rights already arising from an existing order.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by applicable Australian law.
