Many of our pieces are made for everyday life and can handle a splash. To keep the finish looking its best for longer, we recommend taking your jewellery off before swimming in chlorinated or salt water, and applying perfume and lotions before putting it on.

Wipe your pieces with a soft, dry cloth after wearing and store them separately in a pouch or box to avoid scratches. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.

Each personalised piece is made to order and takes around 1 business week before it’s dispatched. Please double-check names, initials and birthstones before placing your order.

Because personalised pieces are made just for you, they can’t be returned for change of mind. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we’ll always make it right.
