Ready-to-wear pieces are prepared within 1–2 business days.
Personalised pieces take around 1 business week to make.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks. You’ll receive a tracking number by email and can follow your parcel any time on our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? Eligible ready-to-wear items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging.

Personalised pieces are made just for you, so they can’t be returned for change of mind — but they are always covered if they arrive faulty, damaged or not as described.

To start a return, email support@ariajewelry.shop with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll reply with the next steps — please don’t send anything back before contacting us.

1-Year Quality Guarantee

If your piece has a manufacturing or quality issue within one year of delivery, contact us and we’ll make it right with a repair, replacement or refund. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
